Following what has been a challenging year for the entire building industry, Len Pro Building were honoured to be named a WINNER at the 2022 HIA-CSR Hunter Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards this month.
“HIA is committed to recognising the outstanding achievements of our members,” HIA’s Managing Director Graham Wolfe.
Judged by industry professionals, the awards acknowledge the talent of designers, builders, suppliers, and manufacturers who plan and construct quality new homes, townhouses, renovations, kitchens, bathrooms and outdoor projects.
On Saturday 22nd October we were announced as winners of the ‘Best Custom Built Home – $1 million – $1.5 million’ category, for our recent build located in the heart of Cessnock. We wanted to celebrate with the people who helped make this possible and decided to get a table at the awards so we could invite our staff and their significant others for a lovely evening in Newcastle. Lance and the Len Pro Team were accompanied by the client of the build and architect Sarah Waller, who travelled to the Hunter Valley all the way from Noosa, Queensland.

We couldn’t have done it without their dedication and skills to make this an award-winning build.
